Returns/ Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we offer exchanges only to fulfill your satisfaction. Exchanges must be of the same value or greater value of the item price. All exchanges must be requested within 2 days after you received your package. No returns are accepted. All discounted items are final sale and will not qualify for a return or exchange. Items you are exchanging must be unworn and in the same package as received. Please email us about any concerns and inquiries about exchanges with your order number, brief explanation of exchange, and contact information. 

Lost Package?

If you believe your Banglishouz order has been lost please contact us through email at  Info@banglishouz.com. Please be sure to include your order number, full name, and email used to place your order. 

Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond and resolve your concern.
